Are you passionate about numbers and financial processes?

ReSource Pro is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic entry-level professional to become a part of our Billing department. This position will report directly to the Director of the department and will focus on managing billing operations for our clients.

This role is primarily based in our office with the possibility of hybrid remote work arrangements following the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure reconciliation between the Billing System and Underwriting System.
  • Process daily cash receipts and reconcile bank statements.
  • Manage the invoicing process effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account reconciliations and assist with monthly closing activities.
  • Engage with clients to address billing inquiries.
  • Carry out additional accounting duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
