Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of all district facilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our HVAC systems are operating at optimal levels.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid State of Oklahoma contractor's license.
  • Applicable city contractor's license (Bethany, Oklahoma City, and Warr Acres).
  • Licensed in the following areas: boilers, refrigeration, unlimited air conditioning, unlimited heating, natural gas piping, and sheet metal.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC central plants and individual units (chillers, cooling towers, boilers, rooftop package, split systems).
Working Conditions:

The Lead HVAC professional will work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
