Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders and financial planners to analyze funding requirements and recommend solutions to achieve financial objectives.
  • Understand the structure, funding, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommend solutions to improve general business processes and planning.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of operating expense and capital forecasts.
  • Serve as a consultant to management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the compilation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of complex data related to current and future operations.
  • Manage the creation of reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes.
  • Manage the development of project burn reporting for SET clients based on proposal estimates, identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs.
  • Analyze multiple data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
  • Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Provide guidance and management advice that has a large impact on cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality.
  • Hire, manage, and develop direct reports.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical and/or Product Management Experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others.
  • Ability to work with large, cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and results.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to organize and delegate work.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related industry experience - Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services.
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization from entry level to SVP.
