Branch Supervisor

Signal Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for providing functional leadership to our Community Based Security Officers and ensuring the effective management of day-to-day operations.

• Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for the individual performance of Advanced Patrol Officers and Patrol Officers to align with company standards.
• Lead the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate all service, property, post order, and routing changes.
• Schedule and conduct spot checks with officers under their supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.
• Promptly and consistently report any client-specific information or issues to the Coordinator, while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.
• Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and setting up orientation dates and times. Communicate regularly with the Coordinator throughout the hiring process.
• Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance, including uniforms, vehicles, devices, phones, etc., while communicating needs and issues to their Coordinator.
• Participate in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Coordinator to enhance the Officer Brand Experience.
• Responsible for ensuring the schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
• Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations.

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Complete training modules within the first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
