Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each guest.
  • Utilize your knowledge of optical products to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, meeting the unique needs of each customer.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating measurements, and providing expert advice on vision solutions.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
