Job Title: Customer Experience Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our team at KVC Health Systems. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing data to inform best practices and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including Care Calls, KVC Hospitals EHR, and other means.
  • Develop and maintain enhanced data collection methods and monitoring systems as necessary.
  • Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Social Services, Psychology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Experience in child psychiatric care system and utilizing an Electronic Health Record program is preferred.
