Healthcare Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Services Supervisor to join our team at Senior Helpers - Vancouver. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of caregivers. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
- About the Role:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers by training, developing and supporting them so they may thrive in their roles.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Compliance department to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare management or senior care management with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
