  • Participating in curriculum implementation and promoting active child engagement.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Cultivating open communication channels with parents through regular discussions and progress reports.
  • Fostering self-help habits and good hygiene practices among children.
  • Ensuring seamless transitions between home and childcare center.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • A deep understanding of child development principles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to pass thorough background checks and health screenings.
Compensation
