At Soliant, we are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a school-based role.

Role Overview

This position offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact students' lives in an educational setting.

As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that support students' learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have active BCBA certification and experience working in school settings is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to support students' behavioral and academic success.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each student.
Requirements:
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of a school-based caseload.
Benefits:
  • $60-$80 per hour based on experience.
