We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Aid to join our team at Gifford Retirement Community in Randolph, VT. This per diem position will provide indirect care to residents under the supervision of the Activities Supervisor and Charge nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide indirect care to residents as directed by the Activities Supervisor and Charge nurse.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in geriatric care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
