Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files and assist management staff with preparing employment and labor relations documents.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff to cover absences and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Work effectively with colleagues, school personnel, administrators, and supervisors to achieve team goals.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of students eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches, if applicable.
  • Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer systems and perform daily bank deposit reconciliations.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bid specifications.
  • Prepare monthly state claim forms for reimbursement and assist with end-of-month financial reports.
  • Attend in-service and safety meetings as required and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
