About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Plante Moran. As a key member of our office administration team, you will play a critical role in supporting our firm's critical business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to multiple partners and their teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with the production of client deliverables, including proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements for partners and staff, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense detail in our firm management system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange for conference rooms, equipment, and catering, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and staff.
  • Assist with administrative projects, utilizing your problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.
  • Solid technical proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
