We are seeking a talented Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Connectivity Source | T-Mobile Authorized Retailer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting and selling T-Mobile products and services to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized consultations, demonstrations, and support.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile products and services to make informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.

Compensation: $19-$23 per hour with bonus incentives, automatic raises, health benefits, PTO, 401k, pay advances, discounted phone service, rewards trips/contests, and promotion opportunities.
