We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager at T-Mobile, you will be responsible for representing our innovative products and services to businesses in your assigned territory, offering customers a 5G experience like never before.

You will use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services, and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies that elevate everyone's performance. With a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, you will need to be a multitasking professional with outstanding customer service skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, and paid time off.

To succeed in this role, you will need 1+ years of experience in business development, CRM expertise, and forecasting and funnel management. You should also have experience leading and maintaining accurate funnels of sales opportunities.
