Enterprise Sales Specialist

T-Mobile is a dynamic and innovative company that values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development. As an Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition sales professional, you will work closely with Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives to manage high-value accounts, drive growth, and develop long-term strategic account plans. This role requires enterprise solution-selling experience to identify white-space opportunities, solve customers' business problems, protect revenue, and reduce account churn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Develop an account strategy to maintain and grow business by understanding customer needs, market position, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor, share, and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer.
This role resides in the field, setting and running customer sales appointments, working cross-functionally to sell and service customers, and developing positive relationships with stakeholders. You will also identify business problems that can be solved with our solutions and products, meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes, and establish EBCs. Additionally, you will attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-7 years B2B Field Sales Experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts, and 2-4 years Telecom, Software or Technology experience. This role offers a salary range of $92,700 - $125,460 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
