You will monitor the scope throughout the project to ensure the scope is baselined, evaluating any changes requested to the scope for project impact and business need. You will provide status reports and communicate changes in process for project assignments, assisting in Quality Assurance (QA) and knowledge management.", "Management": "You will work with third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery, leading process improvements for existing processes and supporting creation of new processes with emphasis on up/downstream impacts. You will identify and resolve escalations or complex issues with strong emphasis on associated patterns, trends, and root cause analysis, meeting aligned Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
