You will provide status reports and communicate changes in process for project assignments, assisting in Quality Assurance (QA) and knowledge management.", "Management": "You will work with third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery, leading process improvements for existing processes and supporting creation of new processes with emphasis on up/downstream impacts. You will identify and resolve escalations or complex issues with strong emphasis on associated patterns, trends, and root cause analysis, meeting aligned Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
