Bank OZK is seeking a highly skilled Wire Transfer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing wire transfers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our payment processing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Wire Transfer Processing: Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers with a high degree of accuracy and within established deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Payment Processing: Process entries for incoming wire transfers, ensure proper disclosures are prepared for international consumer remittance wires, and work directly with branches and commercial customers to resolve exception items.
- Security Procedures: Perform all security procedures associated with payments, including maintaining daily log sheets and sending notifications as requested.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless payment processing operations and provide assistance as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel required; minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or specialized training preferred.
- Skills: Skilled in keyboarding and 10-key for speed and accuracy; skilled using Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
