Job Overview

We are seeking a proficient EBS HRMS Technical Consultant who will be instrumental in the technical implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. This role is vital in ensuring the effective application of HR technology to fulfill the human resources requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

System Customization and Configuration:

  • Tailor and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with the organization’s HR protocols and policies.
  • Establish and maintain HRMS setups, including organizational hierarchies and position structures.

Integration Management:

  • Design and execute integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate HRMS with related modules and external applications.

Technical Development:

  • Create and implement custom solutions, reports, and interfaces to meet specific HRMS needs.
  • Utilize Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.

Data Migration:

  • Plan and carry out data migration activities concerning HR data, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Validate and cleanse data throughout the migration process.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Design and develop tailored reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools.
  • Implement solutions for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze and enhance the performance of HRMS applications by identifying performance bottlenecks.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and IT teams on new features and system updates.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations and configurations.
  • Ensure documentation is current with any changes and enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a comparable role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical framework.
  • Expertise in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
  • Strong grasp of HR business processes and HR data structures.

Preferred Qualifications: Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification.
