Ajna Infotech is seeking a proficient and experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the technical execution, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, ensuring the effective application of HR technology to fulfill the organization's human resources requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Customization and Configuration: Tailor and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to fit the organization's HR processes and policies.
  • Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Technical Development: Create and implement custom solutions, reports, and interfaces to meet specific HRMS needs.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities related to HR data, ensuring a seamless transition and data integrity.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Develop custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • User Training and Support: Provide technical assistance to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical architecture.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR data structures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification.
