Key Responsibilities

System Customization and Configuration:

  • Adapt and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to meet the specific HR processes and policies of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain HRMS setups, including organizational hierarchies and position structures.

Integration Management:

  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRMS with related modules and third-party applications.

Technical Development:

  • Create and implement custom solutions, reports, and interfaces tailored to specific HRMS needs.
  • Utilize Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow for technical development.

Data Migration:

  • Plan and execute data migration activities related to HR data, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining data integrity.
  • Validate and cleanse data throughout the migration process.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Design and develop custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools.
  • Implement solutions for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze and enhance the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR and IT teams on new features, functionalities, and system updates.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development work.
  • Ensure documentation is updated with any changes and enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a similar capacity.
  • Thorough understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical architecture.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
  • Strong grasp of HR business processes and HR data structures.

Preferred Qualifications: Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification.
