Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant - EBS WMS Expert

Job Summary:

Pyramid Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle EBS WMS to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading project scoping and requirement gathering workshops, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and developing solution architecture patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping and Requirement Gathering: Lead and conduct project scoping and requirement gathering workshops to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop and advocate for solution architecture patterns, driving best practices and standardization of solution designs.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Oversee system configuration, documentation, and testing processes to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical advice and support to both onsite and offshore teams.
  • Training and Development: Plan and conduct SIT, UAT, user training, and go-live preparations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Cross-skill team members and contribute to practice Centre of Excellence (CoE) activities to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS WMS, with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
  • Consulting Experience: 4+ years of consulting experience, with expertise in E2E solution design and Oracle EBS WMS configuration.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience integrating EBS WMS with distribution modules like OM, PO, Inventory, WIP, and BOM manufacturing modules.
  • Soft Skills: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage functional spec schedules and collaborate with development teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Understanding: Technical understanding of Oracle EBS WMS tables, views, and procedures.
  • Programming Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.
