  • Inspect, Repair, and Maintain HVAC Systems: Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors.
  • Document Service Performed: Document service performed by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
  • Meet Quality and Safety Standards: Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate Respect and Compassion when communicating with clients on work performed.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external).

Qualifications

  • Physical Requirements: The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
