Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role involves carrying out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the physical integrity of the community, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
  • Perform unit turns, painting, and other maintenance tasks as needed
  • Assume all maintenance responsibilities and report to the Community Manager
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in maintenance
  • Computer skills desired
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
