About the Role
This is an entry-level position that offers competitive compensation, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to problem-solve, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
- Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions while following all required scripts, policies, and procedures

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
