Job Summary:
The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production of all food served from the kitchen to the residents at Staten Island Care Center. This role requires a high level of organization, reliability, and personability to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in ensuring compliance with Department of Health regulations in the preparation and service of meals.
- Prepare work schedules and menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Supervise dining service personnel and enforce departmental policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Direct Dietary Aides in service and clean-up of meal services to ensure it meets all standards.
- Complete all forms and reports in accordance with department policies and procedures.
