Store Operations Manager

As a Team Lead at Rack Room Shoes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring 100% compliance with established Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to store staff
- Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales, service, and operational objectives
- Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers
- Oversee sales floor merchandising and visual presentation, including adherence to company standards
- Conduct physical inventory and manage inventory control responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Approved background check
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Managerial and organizational skills
