Manufacturing Supervisor Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our dairy operations. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision on the floor at our union facility.
- Work to maintain production goals while upholding GMP and safety requirements.
- Build trusting relationships with employees while holding them accountable.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree in a related curriculum preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in ESL and aseptic production.
