Position Summary

The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to provide expert advice on our products and services. Utilizing your skills and knowledge, you will ensure a premier sales and service experience while working under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically represent our products and services, showcasing your sales expertise to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in all interactions, actively listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer experience objectives.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for customers, ensuring they are well-informed about our products and services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, collaborating with customer care to resolve issues effectively.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and retail operational procedures.
  • Complete required training and participate in team meetings and learning sessions.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and maintaining a presence on the sales floor.
