POSITION SUMMARY

They are empowered to navigate their environment and address needs as they arise. Whether it involves managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, or highlighting local attractions, the Guest Experience Specialist ensures that every interaction contributes to a positive experience.

Success in this role requires adherence to several key principles: fostering a safe work environment, complying with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional. Guest Experience Specialists will be active and engaged, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as a hands-on approach to tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these responsibilities effectively is crucial for the success of our guests and our organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: Not necessary.

License or Certification: None required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $30.25 to $31.25 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and various wellness benefits. Eligibility for benefits may be subject to standard conditions and requirements.
