Guest Services Representative

Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Front Office team, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist arriving guests with check-in procedures.
2. Address inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
3. Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information is maintained.
4. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
4. Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
