Action Staffing-Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities and accounts for assigned customers and products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Sales Activities: Process daily purchase orders, update sales/purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and expeditiously, and meet metrics defined by the Director.
- Customer Support: Answer customer questions and concerns, follow-up and research orders utilizing the ERP system (Epicor), and provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review reports as directed by the Director of Business Development, and support the development of metrics and KPIs for Sales and other departments.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent contact, and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proactively report issues, solve problems, and create improvements within the framework and guidance provided by the Director of Business Development.
- Team Support: Act as back-up for other Customer Service Representatives as necessary, and support other activities as needed by the Director of Business Development.
- Experience: 5+ years of prior sales administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with aerospace experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with V-Lookup and creation of Pivot Tables, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, communicative, dependable, accurate, and organized, with strong relationship and customer development skills, and ability to identify customer needs and create a solution within company capabilities.
