Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our US team, specializing in managing key accounts within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or significant experience working with AEC firms. This role will be crucial in maintaining and expanding relationships with major Tier 1 AEC accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful project delivery across the US.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Oversee the management and governance of existing US accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, quality assurance, and meeting sales targets.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial and operational teams across the US, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Sales Growth: Drive the growth of existing accounts by developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue and meet financial objectives.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Support the lead generation process and manage account conversions for additional Tier 1 clients, in collaboration with research and sales teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tailored support for specific industry sectors in the US market.
- Travel & Flexibility: Be prepared to travel frequently across the US to meet with clients and manage accounts, with flexibility for non-standard hours when necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, in the AEC industry, particularly in architecture, building engineering, or construction.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business account management and direct experience working with large Architecture firms.
- Industry Expertise: Prior experience working directly with architects or having an architectural background is strongly preferred.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and quickly adapt to new processes and data.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the US to meet client needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work outside traditional hours when necessary to accommodate client needs across different US time zones.
- Strong Ethical Business Practices: Strong ethical business practices and a professional approach to account management and customer relations.
- Proven Ability to Grow and Manage High-Value Accounts: Proven ability to grow and manage high-value accounts.
