Sales and Marketing Director for Automotive Collision Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our team in the automotive collision industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Job SummaryThe Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers and vendors, and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
- Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the automotive collision industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- MBA or other advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with the company's products and services.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
