Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Event Marketing Representative.

This role involves assisting in the setup and distribution of promotional collateral, working closely with account managers and campaign managers to strategize marketing and advertising efforts, and setting an example as a front-line representative between consumers and corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and distribution of promotional collateral, ensuring high-quality displays and engaging customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with account managers and campaign managers to develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, providing exceptional customer service and promoting the brand at events and activations.
  • Train and develop promotional staff in assigned campaigns, focusing on excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Manage event promotions and strategy in conjunction with management, driving sales through retail promotional campaigns and ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Pittsburgh area and/or willing to travel to our office for daily training.
  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills are essential.
  • This is a full-time position, with limited summer opportunities for students.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional image and attitude, while also knowing how to have fun and engage with customers.
