Job Title: Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Cataldo Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily mail, including deliveries, and ensure delivery to the proper recipient.
  • Print and process claims, bills, and other forms on a daily basis.
  • Process specialized contracts on a monthly and bi-weekly basis according to contract specifications.
  • Process and transmit EDI batches daily according to standards.
  • Follow up on EDI batches daily to ensure batches have been accepted and rejected batches/claims are reprocessed same day.
  • Monitor funds on postage machine.
  • Monitor and manage all office inventory, including all paper, envelopes, and forms.
  • Process Medical Record Requests.
  • Assist with and complete additional projects as needed or necessary.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in billing systems such as RescueNet Dispatch Billing and Zirmed/Waystar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow-through are a must.
  • Able to multitask, take charge, and ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Handle highly confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Possess a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
  • Exceptional computer skills with, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Phone, Fax, internet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
