Job Overview

L ARTISANE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Delegate tasks to team members, provide follow-up, and ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service, and that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverage products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and schedule staff to control labor costs and ensure that the restaurant is fully staffed during peak periods.
  • Financial Management: Ensure that all cash handling and deposit procedures are followed, and that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
