Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision and support clients with daily living activities as needed.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and ensure proper documentation per policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, or equivalent training.
  • Valid CA Driver's License and ability to pass a DMV driving history check.
