Telecare Corporation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Sonoma County.

Job Summary:

The LPT will provide recovery-focused services to individuals with serious mental illness and/or dual diagnosis, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Implement direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote recovery and wellness.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited LPT program and current licensure.
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups.
