Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management:
    • Participate in daily safety initiatives.
    • Execute plans to enhance safety culture.
    • Promote a safety-first mindset focused on employee well-being.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide project teams and address challenges related to plans and specifications.
    • Foster high-performing teams and encourage professional growth.
    • Mentor team members and support internship initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure comprehensive understanding of contract documents among team members.
    • Implement a robust Quality Management System.
    • Lead design evaluations and offer material recommendations.
  • Project Scheduling:
    • Direct production strategies and coordinate subcontractors.
    • Oversee supply chain procurement and maintain production tracking.
  • Cost Management:
    • Negotiate change orders and oversee budget control.
    • Provide accurate budget estimates and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Risk Assessment:
    • Develop detailed scopes of work and manage subcontract agreements.
    • Engage in risk management practices and identify necessary corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and methodologies.
  • Proficient in O365 Office Suite.

Work Environment:

This position may require occasional physical activity and work in various environments. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary in specific situations. The role may also involve weekend and overtime work.
