About the Role

The Senior Event Planner is a key member of the ASQ team, responsible for leading the daily logistics of event planning and execution for virtual, hybrid, and in-person conferences hosted by ASQ Headquarters. This role requires a high level of expertise in event management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement event plans, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, exhibitors, and volunteers.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution, including timeline development, budget management, and risk mitigation.

Requirements
