This role requires a high level of expertise in event management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Main Responsibilities- Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement event plans, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, exhibitors, and volunteers.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution, including timeline development, budget management, and risk mitigation.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve standard work processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance event planning and execution.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of event planners, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high-quality event delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, project management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong event planning and project management skills, with expertise in vendor management, logistics coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
