Qualifications:

Requirements for a Customer Service Associate at Sprouts:
Must be at least 16 years old
Dependable and trustworthy
Exhibit a friendly and outgoing personality
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively engage with our customers
Ability to work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs
Adhere to all Front End protocols and collaborate closely with other Team Members across the store
