About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.

• Financial Services Expertise
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on a wide range of financial services, including deposit and credit products.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional financial services to customers, such as investment and retirement products.
• Business Development
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
• Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer relationships and financial services.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Skills and Qualifications
