We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hybrid Customer Support Specialist to join our team at GetixHealth. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and documents for patients and eligibility programs.">
  • Analyze and distribute special requests and adjustments with hospital personnel.">
  • Process electronic payments and settle accounts on behalf of the facility.">
  • Print out UB04 claim forms and keep accurate records of patient encounters.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous healthcare coverage/eligibility experience, and proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality, work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Salary

">

$19/hour, with quarterly bonus eligibility.
