Healthcare Call Center Representative

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare call center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
About the Role:
- Set appointments via inbound/outbound calls from our call center, handling a high volume of interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Update patient demographics and pre-register them in our electronic health record system (EHR), EPIC, which you will be trained on during an intensive 2-day training program.
- Capture, enter, and report data accurately to management, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and reported promptly.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of services and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas for improvement and report discrepancies to supervisors, contributing to ongoing process optimization and quality enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or healthcare administration environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM or EMR systems, with experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to type at least 35 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo medical screenings as part of our hiring process.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,425 - $49,375 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer:
