About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist. In this role, you will work with children and adults with special needs, providing behavioral services and collaborating with school professionals to achieve learning and behavioral goals.

Job Description
  • Implement behavior management techniques to prevent, intervene, and provide consequences
  • Provide crisis intervention and support implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic services
  • Review and implement behavior intervention plans and behavioral goals within Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct ABA-specific therapeutic services under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
  • Two years relevant experience preferred; one year pediatric experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and coworkers
