Your Role

Join our outpatient team and elevate your career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need. As a Site Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders. This full-time position will involve providing reception and customer service in a behavioral healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, offering essential service information and scheduling client appointments.
  • Conduct routine admissions for screened patients, complete necessary intake documentation, verify financial and insurance eligibility, and enter financial data into electronic medical records.
  • Process patient admission and discharge paperwork efficiently.

Qualifications

We encourage applicants with the following qualifications to apply:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.

All CODA facilities maintain a drug-free and smoke-free environment. Candidates in recovery must have at least two years of sobriety post-treatment to be considered for employment.
