About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medicare Compliance Specialist to join our team at OneDigital. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant Medicare regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medicare Compliance Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Medicare compliance program that includes policy management, compliance training, and effective communication channels.
  • Regulatory Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance on Medicare compliance matters, including regulatory requirements, policy interpretation, and compliance best practices.
  • Compliance Training and Education: Design and deliver compliance training programs for all levels of staff to ensure awareness and understanding of Medicare requirements.
  • Investigations and Corrective Actions: Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions to address any compliance issues or concerns.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare and submit reports to senior leadership on Medicare compliance activities and monitor compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a licensed attorney in good standing with 2+ years of CMS and Medicare Advantage programs experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent research, writing, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex material into user-friendly end products.
  • Business Acumen: Possess general business acumen with a consultative approach to legal and compliance focused on operational efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
