Key Responsibilities
  • Assist HR team members with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and ATS management.
  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Perform employment verifications and assist with new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Manage daily HR admin tasks, including employee file documentation, training and development, benefits support, leave coordination, and time & attendance support.
  • Communicate HR-related updates and critical information to all employees.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with performance evaluation management, disciplinary employee investigations, and safety training compliance.
  • Manage recruiting, referral, and sign-on bonus programs.
