Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a key member of our sales and trade team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in industry
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
  • Strong business planning and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of trade development fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous management experience
  • Relevant cross-functional experience
  • Proficient in analysis of syndicated consumer data
Competencies
  • May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team
  • Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine
