About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Development Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our Strategic Relationships Team, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing residential new construction business with national home builders based in the eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive RNC strategy to deliver value to channel partners through revenue and market share growth.
  • Work closely with channel leadership and Account Managers to ensure our strategy and goals are aligned and that the end user (builder) experience is exceptional.
  • Implement Salesforce and other tools available to the Strategic Relationships Team to manage personal development, opportunity pipeline, and growth.
Requirements
  • Four-year BS/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong business development experience with a proven successful sales history.
  • Experience working with national home builders is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated with good planning, organization, and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good selling acumen.
  • Creativity.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Negotiation skills.
